Roxy'slongest tenure was at Emerson Process Management from 2010 to 2016, where they held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources. Finally, from 2000 to 2010, Roxy worked at Sandoz India Pvt Ltd as a Manager in HR, focusing on the Anti Infectives Business Vertical.
Roxy Rodrigues holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, they pursued a Diploma in HRM from the Welingkar Institute of Management and obtained an MHRDM degree in HR from the University of Mumbai. Roxy has also received certifications in "Improving Your Leadership Communications" from LinkedIn and completed the "ACTP ICF Accredited Global Coach Training Program" from MasterMyLife EQ Education Pvt Ltd.
