Maria Moeness has a solid background in construction and cost management, beginning with summer trainee roles at Geos and Orascom Construction Ltd. in 2017 and 2018, respectively. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree from Ain Shams University in 2020, Maria joined Turner Construction Company as a Summer Trainee for a brief period in July 2019.
