Ryan Lichwell

Ryan Lichwell serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Hyde Tools, Inc. since July 2025. Prior to this position, Ryan held the role of Chief Executive Officer at New England Appliance Group from October 2023 to June 2025, where the organization provided services to 130 independent retailers and over 200 storefronts in New England and New York. From October 2013 to June 2023, Ryan was President and COO for North America at Seaman Paper Company, with additional responsibilities as Assistant Treasurer, focusing on accounting and IT to support growth and compliance. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Edelstein & Company, LLP from September 2004 to September 2013, overseeing consulting, compliance, and tax planning. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Taxation from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, an MBA from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.
