Aaron Ginn began their career in 2012 as a Growth Hacker for Romney for President. Aaron then joined the Growth Committee for the Growth Hackers Conference in the same year. In 2012, they were also Head of Growth at StumbleUpon, where they built and managed a growth team that ranged in size from 3 to 8 contributors and managed up to 70% of traffic to StumbleUpon and all web-related products. In 2013, Aaron Ginn became an Associate Delegate Representative for the California Republican Party and Information Technology Advisor for the City of Foster City, where they helped Foster City develop its digital strategy to engage its citizens and to build a data-driven city. In 2014, they were Growth Product Manager at Everlane. In 2017, they became a Mentor at Techstars. In 2020, they were President at Fabius Labs. In 2021, they became CEO & Co-Founder at Hydra Host. Additionally, Aaron Ginn has been Co-Founder & President at Lincoln Network since 2013, where they have grown the organization from the ground up and expanded it nationally, reaching over 12,000 technologists.

Aaron Ginn attended Texas Christian University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance, General from the M.J. Neeley School of Business, and a Bachelor from The Neeley School of Business in Business Administration and Finance.
