Garrett Johnson

Co-Founder & COO at Hydra Host

Garrett Johnson has a long and accomplished career in the tech industry. Garrett began their career in 2009 as Professional Staff for the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, where they provided Congressional direction and oversight on issues related to U.S. foreign assistance and immigration policy. In 2011, they co-founded SendHub. In 2014, they co-founded Lincoln Network, where they oversee strategic planning, fundraising, partnerships, and industry relationships. Under their leadership, Lincoln has grown to become the largest community of technology professionals advocating for economic and individual liberty. In 2021, they co-founded Hydra Host, backed by Founders Fund, to build natively cross-cloud infrastructure for apps with high resilience and security requirements.

Garrett Johnson completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Literature at Florida State University between 2002 and 2006. Garrett then went on to pursue an MPhil in Migration Studies at the University of Oxford from 2006 to 2008.
