Steven A. Warner

Steven A. Warner is a seasoned technology and innovation advisor with a career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal at HYDRA TECHNOLOGIES INC since January 1993, Steven provides advisory services including technology strategy, market analysis, and solution engineering. Previous positions include Director of Technology Innovation at Fannie Mae, where Steven led modernization efforts for data center infrastructure, and Chief Scientist at Northrop Grumman Information Systems, overseeing R&D operations across numerous projects. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Eckerd College.
