Nadia Giblin

Nadia Giblin, PHR, possesses extensive experience in recruitment and community relations, currently serving at Hydraflow since February 2019. Notable achievements include managing full cycle recruiting, partnering with the HR Manager to meet hiring expectations, and implementing a scholarship program in collaboration with Scholarship America. Prior to Hydraflow, Nadia held leadership roles at Suna Solutions, overseeing a team of recruiters and enhancing departmental performance, and contributed as a board member for Team Godfather Charitable Foundation. Earlier experience includes HR roles at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and The Salk Institute, complemented by a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of San Diego.
