Stephen Oberiko has worked in the customer service industry since 2013. Stephen began their career at Hope Health Organization (NGO) as a Front Desk Officer and Field Marshal. In 2016, they joined Benin Electricity Distribution Company as a Customer Relationship Manager, where they were responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers, resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently, and meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically. In 2021, they joined Hydrant as a Customer Service Specialist.

Stephen Oberiko attended Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an OND in Computer Science. Stephen then returned to the same school from 2014 to 2016, where they received an HND in Computer Science.
