Philippe Soler

Philippe SOLER is an experienced professional in human resources and management, currently serving as the Founder of Hydres since February 2018, where a collaborative recruitment platform enhances professional mobility by connecting businesses. Prior to this, Philippe held significant positions at POINT.P - SGDB France from May 2013 to January 2018, including Agency Chief and Human Resources Manager. Additionally, Philippe worked at Euro Cargo Rail S.A.S. from February 2009 to May 2013, contributing as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Administrator. Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from MBS School of Business (2006-2010) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Management from the University of Northampton (2007-2008).
