Uphar Deep is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning ITES, real estate, BPO, and HRM consulting. They have held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Modis and Senior Human Resources Associate at FMS Group India, showcasing their expertise in policy design, recruitment, and employee engagement. Currently, Uphar serves as Group Head of Human Resources for both Hydrise Group and Landsmill Solar, as well as the Head of the Human Resources Department at Baby Forest. They are also the founder of NeoGrowth SAAR Enterprises. Uphar holds a degree from the Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development in Pune, where they achieved a Grade A+.
