Dean Troake

Dean Troake is a Principal Software Engineer at Hydrix, where they serve as a software architect for Class B and C Medical Devices. With experience spanning various sectors, including Medical Device development, Defence, and Heavy Industry, they specialize in real-time and embedded safety-critical systems. Previously, Dean held multiple roles at Thales, leading software teams and managing complex air traffic management projects. They also contributed significantly to the development of mission-critical software for autonomous vehicles at Caterpillar Underground Mining. Dean earned a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Digital Systems from Monash University.
