Hydro-Ease is Northern Ireland’s first dedicated floatation centre, offering Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy through spacious two-person floatation cabins. Floatation invites you to rest weightlessly in warm water enriched with Epsom salts, allowing the body and mind to experience complete release. Blood pressure, heart rate and pulse naturally settle, creating immediate physical relief and deep mental restoration.

Floatation supports the body by easing the symptoms of chronic pain, muscular tension, arthritis, fibromyalgia and sports injuries through gravity-free rest and repair.
