Pradeep then worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Abu Dhabi Dry Docks from 1993 to 1996, and as a Maintenance Supervisor at Abu Dhabi Ship Building from 1996 to 2000.

In 2000, Pradeep joined Technical Resources Est. (Albwardy Group) as a Technical Manager, specializing in Rotating Equipment in the Oil & Gas industry. Pradeep worked there until 2003 when they moved on to Weatherford International. At Weatherford, Pradeep took on various roles including Assets Reliability Manager for MENA and Region Operations Manager for Wellhead Systems.
