Travis Puente is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Since joining Hydro, Inc. in September 2009, Travis has led efforts in Reverse Engineering Casting for the Oil & Gas and Power Markets, successfully improving the business's return on sales performance significantly. Prior to this role, Travis operated UPR Machine Works as a sole proprietor from August 2011 to July 2013, where substantial revenues were generated through effective sales strategies and the implementation of a Quality Management System. Travis began a career at Standard Alloys in February 1995 and advanced through numerous promotions over a twelve-year tenure, demonstrating proficiency in machining and mechanics, alongside a commitment to safety and quality production.
