Adam Bennett

Adam Bennett, CISSP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security management, environmental planning, and compliance oversight. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Unified Security Solutions at Hydro One since July 2008, Adam is responsible for planning, designing, and operating the organization’s physical security program, which includes a 24/7 security operations centre and ensuring compliance with NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection standards. Previous roles include Senior IT Security Specialist, where Adam focused on cyber/physical security and incident response, and as a Network Management Officer involved in external audits of compliance programs. Adam has also contributed to First Nations and Métis relations and has held positions in environmental assessment with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. Adam holds an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Studies and a Business Specialization from the University of Waterloo and is currently enrolled in the ManageMentor Business Program at Harvard Business School.
