Jim He

Jim Jim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT security management, currently serving as the Manager of Identity and Access Management and Manager of Security Technology and Operations at Hydro One since November 2020. In this role, Jim leads the Cyber Security Incident Response Team for both operational technology and information technology, overseeing case investigations and contributing as a subject matter expert in various security disciplines such as M365 Security Compliance and SIEM. Prior to Hydro One, Jim held key positions at Enercare Inc., Herjavec Group, Canada Cartage, and Advanced Micro Devices, focusing on security architecture, incident response, and business process analysis. Jim holds a Master’s degree in Management Analytics from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.
