Kerry Tom is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Real Estate (Operations & Project Delivery) at Hydro One Networks Inc. Since 2023, Kerry has led and mentored a multi-disciplinary team in executing approximately $300 million in workplace, accommodation, and ICI construction projects across Ontario. Previously, Kerry held various leadership roles at Infrastructure Ontario, where they oversaw a delivery team and managed significant construction projects, including major rehabilitation initiatives. With a background in architecture, Kerry studied at Ryerson University and has pursued a Master of Architecture at the University of Toronto.
