Kyle Mersky

Kyle Mersky, JD, MBA, is an experienced leader in the energy sector, currently serving as the President and Founding Member of AUX Energy since January 2023, while also holding the position of Director of Growth at Hydro One since June 2017. In this role, Kyle is responsible for Hydro One's unregulated growth investment strategy and has previously managed key electrification initiatives and provided expertise on electric vehicle charging. Prior experiences include serving as Senior Manager in Strategy and Innovation at Hydro One, where Kyle contributed to regulatory reform projects and M&A integration during the Avista merger. As a Business Lead and Founding Member of Ivy Charging Network, Kyle oversaw Hydro One’s investment in electric vehicle charging services. Early career experience includes work as an Associate at the Law Offices of Louis Grandelli, where Kyle managed litigation cases, and as Director of Tour and Schedule for Rocco Rossi’s mayoral campaign. Kyle holds an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, a JD from Brooklyn Law School, and a BA in Sociology from McGill University.
