Muhammad Iqbal

Muhammad Iqbal is a seasoned Design Engineer Specialist with extensive experience in the electrical engineering field, particularly in high voltage substations. Currently employed at Hydro One since July 2021, Muhammad has previously held senior engineering roles at Stantec and SNC Lavalin, focusing on substation design, project management, and engineering coordination with various disciplines. Muhammad's expertise spans load flow studies, fault analysis, and the design of electrical distribution systems, gained through a diverse career that includes positions with the Water and Power Development Authority in Pakistan and the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Corps of the Pakistan Army. Muhammad holds an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and a B.Sc from the North West Frontier Province University of Engineering and Technology.
