Victor Ng is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in driving innovative solutions across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Hydro One since July 2021, Victor focuses on strategic technology developments that enhance the utility business. Previously, as Supervisor and IT Technical Lead for the City of Toronto from August 2015 to July 2021, Victor provided operational leadership to a team managing a substantial Recreation Management System. Victor also held the role of IT Project Lead/Manager at the Canada Border Services Agency from May 2006 to August 2015, overseeing complex transformation projects with significant data demands. Earlier in career, Victor co-founded NG Squared Inc., delivering technology consulting to small- and medium-sized enterprises. Victor holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a BASc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
