Benoit Lapointe

Benoit Lapointe has extensive experience at Hydro-Québec since July 2006, holding various leadership positions, including Chef Exploitation des réseaux - Centre-Est and Chef Développement des ventes clientèle d’affaires. Responsibilities have included managing customer service teams, developing agent training programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. Benoit has led teams in operational support, client relations, and project planning across multiple departments within Hydro-Québec, as well as overseeing customer relations in both commercial and residential sectors. Prior experience includes serving as Chargé de comptes at CORPAV Services audiovisuels. Benoit is currently pursuing an EMBA in Administration and Management at ESG UQAM, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from UQAM.
