Frederic Chenard

Frederic Chenard has extensive experience in project management and construction oversight, currently serving as Chef gestion des chantiers, Chef travaux, and Responsable chantier at Hydro-Québec since January 2018. Prior to this role, Frederic held positions at Transelec Common inc from March 2006 to January 2018, including Chargé de projets, responsible for project cost monitoring, procurement management, team coordination, and client negotiations, as well as Responsable qualité, overseeing quality management and compliance on construction sites. Frederic began a career in civil engineering as a Technicien en génie civil at Laboratoire d'Expertises de Rivière-du-Loup inc from April 2003 to June 2005, focusing on quality control of construction materials, environmental studies, and geotechnical investigations. Frederic holds a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Urbanisme, aménagement communautaire et régional from Cégep de Jonquière, earned between 1998 and 2002.
