Ivan Besner

Ivan Besner is an experienced contract management consultant currently working at Hydro-Québec since October 2014, where responsibilities include managing technology group contracts, establishing client-supplier agreements, negotiating contracts, preparing tender documents, and advising clients on contractual clauses.
