Luc Charest is an experienced professional in the field of computer science, currently serving as a Conseiller optimisation at Hydro Québec since February 2017. Prior to this role, Luc accumulated significant experience as an Operational Research Developer at Kronos from January 2008 to February 2017, and also worked as a consultant, analyst programmer, and system administrator at TooLSoft.ca and the Centre d’hébergement et de soins de longue durée Saint-Vincent-Marie in 2007 and 2006, respectively.
