Mathieu Beaulieu

Mathieu Beaulieu is a seasoned professional in hydrology and resource management, currently serving as a conseiller at Hydro-Québec since February 2018, where responsibilities include operational validation of hydrological data and the development of data certification processes. Prior experience includes roles as a Generation Planner at Énergie Brookfield, where planning encompassed over 2000MW of hydro assets across North America, and as a Regional Hydrologist for the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, providing guidance on watershed management and environmental assessments. Additional experience includes consultancy in water resources, coordination of hydrological services at Environment Canada, and international hydrological studies in Bolivia. Mathieu holds a Master of Science in Resource Management and Environmental Studies from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from UQAM.
