Patrick Dumont

Patrick Dumont is an experienced solutions architect with a comprehensive background in technology and engineering. Currently serving as an Architecte solutions at Hydro-Québec since November 2021, Patrick has developed expertise in the field through previous roles at CN and Ericsson, where responsibilities included senior ICT solutions architecture and solution architecture for CDMA and GSM environments. Prior to their tenure at those companies, Patrick contributed to major product development initiatives at Nortel Networks and held a significant role as a system and laboratory administrator for speech recognition systems at Bell Northern Research. Early in the career, Patrick also engaged in volunteer work as a firefighter and worked as a software developer at Roll-It. Patrick holds a D.E.C. in Informatique from CEGEP de Granby Haute-Yamaska and furthered education at École de technologie supérieure.
