Roxane Buron

Roxane Buron has extensive experience in information systems, technical support, and marketing, with a career spanning over two decades across various roles. Currently serving as a Conseillère en système d'information at Hydro-Québec since June 2022, Roxane previously held several positions at Le Groupe Master/The Master Group, including Chef d'équipe support technique and Coordonnatrice TI, where significant contributions included operationalizing ITSM SaaS solutions and optimizing IT purchasing processes. Roxane also has a track record in marketing and communication from roles at the Association québécoise des technologies (AQT), Las Olas Traiteur, Groupe Export Agroalimentaire Québec-Canada, and M2L Media & Marketing, achieving measurable results such as a 3% increase in email campaign click-through rates.
