Salomon E. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Chef gestion de la capacité opérationnelle at Hydro Québec since August 2010, Salomon has held various roles in workforce management, including Senior WFM Advisor. Prior experience includes founding Ontel Consulting, where strategic and management consulting was provided specifically for call centers, and working as a consultant at MPSC. Additionally, Salomon managed the scheduling team at Voxdata from 1999 to 2005.
