Fiona Feng is currently the General Manager of Hydro China and has held the position since 2019. Previously, Fiona served as the Chief Representative Officer at Inter-Informatics Group from 2016 to 2019 and was the Head of the Customer Order Desk at Satair (Beijing) Co., Ltd. from 2012 to 2016, where they managed people and process performance. Fiona’s extensive experience in customer relationship and service delivery management is complemented by their role as Operation Manager at EFK Aviation Technology Ltd. since 2018. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and International Accounting from Tianjin Foreign Studies University from 1998 to 2002.
