Timo Dill

Timo Dill has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Timo is currently the Head of New Product Development at HYDRO Systems KG since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at HYDRO Systems USA Inc as the Manager Engineering from July 2015 to February 2020, where they oversaw manufacturing engineering and product development for their global Center of Competence "Engine transportation stands," working with top aero engine manufacturers. Before joining HYDRO Systems USA Inc, Timo held various roles at PFW Aerospace GmbH, including Head of Transversal Engineering from December 2013 to June 2015, Configuration Manager from January 2012 to November 2013, and Project Engineer from November 2010 to December 2011.

Timo Dill started their education journey in 2003 at Technikerschule Schlüchtern, where they pursued Maschinentechnik and obtained a degree as a Staatlich geprüfter Techniker. Timo then furthered their education at FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2010, specializing in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Aeronautik und Astronautik, and earning a Diplom-Ingenieur degree. In 2009, they briefly attended The University of Western Australia to work on their thesis in the field of Astrophysik.
