Hydrocarburates Trade Services Ltd. was established in Dublin, Ireland, in 2006 with the purpose of trading solid fuels, primarily petroleum coke and coal. In just a few years, HTS has become a market leader, expanding our activities and services worldwide. 

In 2011, the group established HTS America LLC in New Orleans, Louisiana. In addition to strengthening HTS’ commercial relations in North America, this office also handles the logistical requirements including stevedoring, barging, ocean transportation, etc. 

HTS’ expansion continued in 2012 with the establishment of a new subsidiary in Mexico, Hydrocarburates TS Mexico. This company handles the importation, sales and distribution of coal, petcoke, anthracite, and other raw materials throughout Mexico. 

In 2013, Spanish Hydrocarburates TS was established in Barcelona, Spain to better serve our European customers and to develop new projects.
