Rick Lytle

Rick Lytle is a medical technology executive who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of HydroCision Inc. and as a board director or operating advisor for Tensentric, and as founder of Horizon Solutions Consulting LLC. They previously led Arjo North America as President and CEO and held senior Covidien/Medtronic roles, including President/GM North America - Medical Imaging and VP positions for US Patient Care Products. Their governance experience spans multiple PE-backed platforms and manufacturing services, including Alpha Source Group where they achieved 4x revenue growth and oversaw five M&A transactions, and LABORIE where they led a restructuring and two M&A transactions. They are pursuing executive education in General Management, Strategy, and International Human Resources at the University of London, Babson College, and the University of Chicago.
