Richard has held various roles, including Environmental Consultant at Mott MacDonald and Function Manager at Hyder Consulting, where they demonstrated strong leadership in project management and client relations. Richard earned a BSc in Environmental Risk Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and an MSc in Environmental Impact Assessment from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
