Alex Walker is an experienced project engineer currently employed at HydroComp, Inc. since May 2018, where initial responsibilities included serving as a technical intern. Prior to this role, Alex held coaching responsibilities as an assistant coach for Central Connecticut Rowing during the summer of 2017, guiding rowers of diverse skill levels. Previous internships at Bauer, Inc. and North American Theatrix involved collaboration with engineering teams on aircraft testing equipment and commercial audiovisual installations, respectively. Alex began gaining hands-on experience in engineering while constructing wooden sailing yachts during an internship at Brooklin Boat Yard in early 2015. Alex holds a degree from Maine Maritime Academy, earned between 2015 and 2019.
