Stephen Ogunbiyi

Stephen Ogunbiyi, MITD, LDP, is an experienced training and competence professional currently serving as the Training and Competence Lead at HydroDive Group since May 2025. Ogunbiyi specializes in managing the company's competence software, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Previous roles include Minister and Group Lead at The Redeemed Christian Church of God, and Training Specialist at Impact Water, where significant improvements in field agent performance were achieved. Ogunbiyi also has a strong background in human resources and administration, having established HR structures in various organizations including BTD Multiglobal Investment and Kaplen International Community School.
