HydroEdge Consulting was founded with a passion for driving sustainable water and wastewater management. With over a decade of experience in designing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing treatment plants, we specialize in delivering practical solutions that ensure compliance with drinking water and effluent standards.

What sets HydroEdge apart is our hands-on approach, collaborating closely with operators to solve problems in real time, build operational knowledge, and achieve long-term success. We empower teams to master their systems and sustain performance through tailored training and practical mentorship.

Our core expertise includes:

1. Biological Nutrient Removal: Proficiency in IFAS, MBR, MBBR, and SBR technologies, emphasizing nitrification, denitrification, and BOD removal.
2. Solids Separation: Optimization of DAF systems and clarifiers with operator-led performance enhancements.
3. Filtration Technologies: Expertise in gravity and pressure filters, membrane filtration (ultrafiltration/microfiltration), and desalination via reverse osmosis.
4. Process Optimization: Using data analytics to improve energy efficiency and process parameters like OTR and OUR.
5. Kaizen-Based Problem-Solving: Partnering with teams to implement continuous improvement strategies.
6. Heterotrophic and Autotroohic Biomass Management: Collaborating with operators to ensure stable biological nutrient removal.
7. Compliance and Regulation: Simplifying requirements and guiding teams to maintain regulatory compliance.
8. Innovative Water Solutions: Addressing complex challenges such as desalination and aesthetic water quality improvements (e.g., GAC, PAC, BAC).

At HydroEdge, we’re passionate about delivering sustainable, operator-focused solutions that elevate water and wastewater operations. Together, we’ll turn your challenges into opportunities for success.
