We are an employee-owned, Canadian-based environmental consulting company focused on water and related mine waste issues. Water, be it above or below ground, is a scarce and valuable resource that requires careful management and appropriate safeguarding, and we are here to help our mining sector clients do just that. We are comprised of geochemists and water quality scientists who want to help achieve a sustainable balance between economic prosperity, environmental protection and societal health.

We exist to make a difference. That is our purpose. To have a positive influence on the lives of our employees, the operations of our mining clients and in the broader communities in which we live.

Our vision is to be a trusted advisor for water and related mine waste issues that attracts both like-minded clients and high calibre staff. Our actions and decisions are guided by our three core values: integrity, excellence and teamwork.
