Simon Cook has a vast experience in various roles within the retail industry, with a focus on operations, procurement, and buying. Currently serving as the Group Managing Director and Group Operations Director at HydroGarden, Simon is responsible for overseeing operations in multiple countries and implementing strategies for growth and efficiency. Prior to their current role, Simon held positions such as Buying and Merchandising Director at Brantano Retail and Director of Procurement and Operations at Brantano UK. Simon has a BA (Hons) in Sport Studies from Sheffield Hallam University and has also attended Vlerick Business School for further education.
