Hydrogen Media is a strategy consultancy and independent content studio founded by Seth DeCroce in 2007. We help organizations, brands, and creators shape their identities, sharpen messaging, and build rich cross-platform experiences — as well as developing original publishing and entertainment IP across books, visual art, music, digital content, and screen adaptations.

Our work spans brand strategy, naming, content systems, user experience, and digital storytelling for global clients including Microsoft, Unilever, Michelin, Kroll, Audible, Huron, DreamWorks, Johnson & Johnson, and The New York Times. Agency collaborations have included Fantasy, Landor, Mother New York, and Huge.

Hydrogen also develops and publishes original story worlds. Titles include Two Blue Wolves & Nightwork, a multi-media fiction release built through collaborations across music, video, art, and design, and The Invisible Eye, a paranormal conspiracy thriller with a companion soundtrack being developed for screen adaptation. This side of the studio focuses on story-driven IP designed to move across formats — from publishing to audio to visual and episodic content.
