Hydrogenera is a hydrogen technology company committed to producing, storing, and distributing hydrogen from renewable energy sources. 

Our journey began in 2016 in a neighbourhood of Sofia, Bulgaria, where our founders, two maverick engineers, dared to challenge convention and explore innovation in hydrogen energy. 

Steadfastly, we embrace this journey fueled by our commitment to complete the task, no matter the challenges. We’ve completed 82+ meticulously crafted hydrogen projects—each a testament to our contribution to pioneering change in Europe's energy landscape.

Our ethos revolves around pushing boundaries, constantly seeking improvement, and nurturing growth. We thrive on the humility of childlike curiosity, and every step is infused with the spirit of challenging norms and exceeding expectations.

Impact and Recognition

We are proud to be the first Bulgarian company to join the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance.
Hydrogenera has authored eleven projects for green energy, each listed and prioritised on the European hydrogen map.
 As a member of the Hydrogen Global Initiative, we collaborate with global partners to accelerate the adoption of hydrogen solutions.
