Travis Payton

Travis Payton is an experienced IT professional and educator with a strong background in computer science and technology training. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor of Computer Science at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Travis has also held various positions at the University of Alaska, including Instructional Consultant & Technology Trainer, Support Center Student Analyst, Lead System Engineer, and Senior Engineering Manager. Notably, Travis has played a key role in technical support, systems engineering, and project management within university services. Additional experience includes internships in IT support at Lucasfilm and volunteer work as a Church Representative in Japan. Travis holds multiple degrees from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, including a Master of Science in Computer Science.
