Mark Bruce

Mark Bruce is the President of the Cross Bore Safety Association and serves as the Vice President at Hydromax USA LLC, where they have been since 2008. With a background in civil engineering from the Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, Mark also held the position of Chairman at the North American Society for Trenchless Technology for a brief period in 2005. Through their work, Mark focuses on creating standards and practices to enhance safety in utility cross bore situations.
