Robert Carroll

Robert Carroll is the Director of Operations at Hydromax USA, a position held since 2025, after successfully serving as a Project Manager where they led multiple projects and achieved remarkable growth. They have a diverse background in operations, including roles as Operations Supervisor and Production Manager, and they previously worked in various positions within DHL Supply Chain. Robert began their career in media while pursuing education at Georgia Southern University, where they were the Head Student Video Intern for the football team. In addition, they gained experience as a Congressional Intern and a Procurement Specialist during their time at Southern Nuclear.
