Joe Needham

Joe Needham currently serves as Project Support Manager at HydroPoint Data Systems, leading a remote team in supporting large-scale smart water technology implementations. As the founder of Needham Landscapes, LLC, Joe established a landscape design and consulting firm that emphasizes sustainability and automation using advanced design tools. Previously, Joe held the position of Turfgrass Specialist at the City of Woodbury, where responsibilities included precision turf and irrigation management for a major sports complex. Experience also includes serving as Assistant Superintendent at Wayzata Country Club, overseeing operations and implementing irrigation solutions. Joe holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Minnesota, focused on landscape design, horticulture, soil science, and turfgrass management.
