Lou Ryan

Lou Ryan has extensive experience in board leadership and executive roles across various technology and security companies. Currently serving as a Board Observer at GoWare, Inc., and the Chairman of the Board at both Calamu Technologies and HydroPoint Data Systems, Lou's influence spans several successful ventures. Previously, Lou held significant positions such as Executive Chairman of EdgeWave, which merged with GoWare Security in 2019, and Lead Board Member at Certicom, a publicly traded security firm acquired by RIM Technologies in 2015. Early career achievements include co-founding Entercept Security Technology, where category-defining intrusion prevention solutions were developed, and serving as Executive Vice President and co-founder at Delrina. Lou's history also includes pivotal roles at Paglo and Foundstone, both of which were successfully sold to major companies.
