Angela Singer

Angela Singer, P.E., is a Senior Project Manager at HydroScience Engineers, where they have been employing their expertise in civil and environmental engineering since 2004. With over 20 years of experience, Angela previously worked as a Project Industrial Hygienist at Environmental Health Consultants, Inc., and as an Engineering Aide at UCLA. They hold a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.
