Leonard Osborne

Leonard Osborne is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy roles. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at HydroScience Engineers since November 2014, Leonard leads a team specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure projects across California. Prior to this role, Leonard was a Special Consultant at LACO Associates from January 2000 to November 2014, where responsibilities included advising the Board of Directors and mentoring engineering staff. Leonard also held the position of President/CEO at LACO Associates, achieving significant growth and revenue increases during their tenure. Earlier career experiences include serving as Principal Engineer/Owner at Osborne Engineering and Senior Engineer at Oscar Larson & Associates. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and has pursued graduate studies in Civil Engineering at the University of Southern California.
