Virginie Dugas

Virginie Dugas, CPA, PMP, serves as Directrice Excellence Opérationnelle at HydroSolution since November 2022, overseeing the company's digital transformation initiatives, including ERP and HRIS implementations. Concurrently, Virginie holds the position of Présidente at Conseil VDA inc., where advisory services in ERP implementation, vendor management, and project/program management are provided. Prior to these roles, Virginie led product development in business intelligence at GURUS Solutions and managed numerous successful NetSuite ERP implementation projects. With experience spanning various companies including Bombardier Aerospace and Cirque du Soleil, Virginie brings extensive expertise in project management, business analysis, and financial systems. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Accounting from HEC Montréal and a B.A.A in Finance from ESG UQAM.
