Dan also worked closely with the product development team to ensure that new products met customer needs.

At IMLogic/Symantec, Dan worked as a Senior Support Engineer. In this role, they provided technical support to customers and helped them troubleshoot issues with the software. Dan also worked with the development team to test new features and designs.
