Rick Yang

Rick Yang is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales, business development, and strategic management across various sectors. Currently serving as VP of Business Development at HydroX AI since August 2025, Rick previously held the role of Sr. VP of Sales & Business Development at TechExcel from January 2022 to May 2025, where Rick implemented customer success strategies and established strong relationships with major enterprises like Nvidia and Sony. As the Founder, President, and CEO of daTangle Group Limited from May 2012 to February 2020, Rick innovated services in augmented reality and secured substantial funding and contracts. Earlier roles include senior positions at Foxconn, MicroTomo, Phoenix Technologies, and DAVICOM Semiconductor, where Rick drove revenue growth and managed significant P&L responsibilities. Rick holds an MBA in Global Management from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Pacific Union College.
